Mohinder couldn't help himself. The man made bad life decisions for a living, and though this was just a toy, meant for children in some distant future, it was not going to have particularly good implications. JC didn't stop him from pulling the cord, however, and had, in fact, wandered off. He was still visible down the hall of long book and knicknack shelves, in ear shot with a shout, but somehow he had moved quickly and silently on the polished floors in just bare feet.
The little pink teddy blinked and yawned, moving it's little arms and mouth. "Oh, good morning! Is it morning?" it asked in a cute, docile voice.
Mohinder was delighted. "I believe it's the afternoon."
"Oh. Well good afternoon then, Mohinder!" Yeah. Creepy toy, knowing the names of the people that pull the string? Well, Mohinder was still amused. "What shall we do today?"
