Who: The Broken Doctor and Torchwood
When: During Lockdown
What: Onetwo, Doctor’s coming for you. Threefour, no need to lock the door. Yay sonic screwdrivers!
The Doctor carefully walked along the circuitous, spoke-like halls rapping on the concrete cinderblocks. Tap-tap tap-tap. Tap-tap tap-tap. It was always a comfort to get it out of his system. His dark brown duster brushed the backs of his calves, barely covering the bright orange t-shirt and red braces he had on. Lime green trainers took his feet dancing in the same way, heel-toe heel-toe, heel-toe heel-toe.
Jumping down a flight of metal stairs, the Doctor slipped his screwdriver back into his pocket. He had already rounded up Engineering. The technicians were all safely herded into the storage room with the broken equipment no one ever got rid of for whatever reason.
He had a list ticked off of everyone taken care of but this was a big place and there were a lot of unaccounted for check marks. It was only a matter of time before he ran into someone of interest.
