Mohinder's first reaction, even in jest, wasn't to ask Gabriel what he had done to cause the other man to hit him. He just arched both eyebrows, scanning over Gabriel's face for signs of injury that he knew wouldn't be there and squeezed Gabriel's hand even harder, as if he was afraid that he wasn't really there.
"I hope you punched him back," Mohinder said. He didn't advocate violence but... Well, righteous revenge was in his nature. "Did you tell Jack?" Knowing Gabriel, he likely did not. Mohinder really couldn't blame him for that either, but it did anger him to think that Gabriel had been assaulted.
