He wanted to walk the prime meridian. He wanted to see King Henry Tutor's palace. He wanted to ride in a black cab and visit the Tower of London-- "But the Eye-- you got it."

He could rent out the red cab and have a private dinner. He didn't spend his money on much so why not show Sasan a really good time?

It would be something a little better then half snuggling while watching Netflix and eating popcorn.
